What are the registration costs?

General Attendee - $200; Foster Care Provider/Adoptive Parent/Kinship Provider $50; University Students $50; Peer Support Scholarship $200 (or reduced to $75 only with approved application and discount code-link at the top of the attendee registration page); HHS Team Members (see email from your supervisor/division leader).

Can I attend some of the sessions in person and some virtually?

Yes, all attendees will receive the link to join virtually as we know schedules change. The virtual link will also be used to access session recordings for up to 60 days after the event. For the most accurate event center planning, please register as in-person if you are planning to join us in Bismarck for some of the sessions.

Is the pre-conference and post-conference sessions included in the registration fee?

Yes, the pre-conference and post-conference sessions are included in your registration fee. There is no additional cost for the pre/post-conference sessions.

I registered to attend in person, how do I change to virtual?

Send an email to bhcfsconf@nd.gov if you have any questions about your registration or would like to modify or cancel.

Can I transfer my registration if I am unable to attend?

Will the conference sessions be recorded to watch at a later date?

All sessions will be recorded during the live stream and will be available to watch on the platform for only 60 days post-event. These recordings will be accessible to registered attendees by logging into the platform.
